I am Elizaveta Bogachova, a Berlin-based conceptual artist and Ukrainian refugee of the first wave with mixed origins. Delving into questioning the intricate relationship between medium and materials, I constantly seek new angles in creation and presentation by blending digital and analogue methods. In my practice, I explore themes that deal with perception, identity, placemaking, and the complexities of existence.
I have been part of «InBetweenFires» at Hotel Continental, Berlin and "ON WHEELS" by f-o-r.ro presented by the Romanian Cultural Institute New York at ECO Solidarity NY and The Symposium for New Media + Electronic Art "MANIFEST:IO", Berlin.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's in Photography at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. In order to shape my artistic voice, I have also taken courses in Cinematic Audiovisuals in Odesa, Photography at IED Milano, and completed my BA in Photography in Berlin.
